I started hunting at the age of 8, with my dad on the banks of the Mississippi River. We hunted deer, turkeys, ducks, squirrels, rabbits, doves, and quail. All of those seasons gave us a lot of quality time together. Those are memories that I will cherish for the rest of my life. Many times it is not about the kill, but the sheer enjoyment of the overall experience. A good dog, a warm campfire, a great sunrise or sunset — those are the traditions we aspire to help you achieve when we build your new hunting lodge.

For most people hunting season is marked by dates on a calendar. For me it's a year round way of life. The interest was sparked in me from a young age when my dad, grandfather and uncles would carry me in and out from the blind. Growing up a few miles away from the Mississippi River in the midst of the Arkansas delta, I was in the water or in a tree every chance I got. I remember skipping first period in high school to get a limit of ducks to rushing to the woods after school for the perfect buck. For me it became so much more than showing up on opening day. It was an obsession to design, cultivate and hunt the perfect plot. Not only for myself, but for the ones I was able to share it with. From scouting and preparing to harvesting, for me it's the sweat.
Who we are.
